Intuit...I really enjoyed reading this post Nwenna. Intuition is key! Nutrition and exercise weren't implemented in my childhood home. Like my mother and grandmother, I suffered from fatigue and headaches. It wasn't until I was in college that I started experimenting with food and incorporating a regular exercise routine into my life. <br /><br />I fell of the wagon a bit after I was married and in a stringent day job. I knew internally that the sedentary career path was breaking my spirit and my body. I knew I needed to make some positive changes. I quit my job and entered the service industry. I found a job close to work where I could ride my bike. I also ran for endurance. I lost a few pounds-which was great, but I was more excited about my stamina and loss of headaches and fatigue.
